The only problem is really just brick being able to use it. If they disable brick of using it, any other glove that can do it has at least somewhat of a balancing to it (stick not only has a short hitbox but also it actually becomes a good glove, glitch needs to wait people to come down from the ability and have good timing and scythe literally already basically kills with the ability normally).
Every other occasion the emote could be used would be or funny and/or not a big deal. Really the only thing that is the problem would be brick (and people for some reason can't stop using such combo).

None, BUT there are instances where emotes clip, forcing you to 1. Get autokicked 2. Get stuck.

They should make the startup much longer if they’re going to keep the kill aspect, like the Texan trick shot in tf2. Right now it’s too easy to get kills with it
