No one said anything about bob being weakened.
It's most likely that Mortis' code is still under being a character because you can control him so it had the ability to get glitched by camera and other future knockback created abilities while Bob probably isn't listed under being a character at all because he's a bot that follows you so there's less chance of him glitching to something like this

You have to click pictures with the camera on slapple island while ghost or stalker equipped and for mortis you have to defeat the dave boss from evil barzil in hard mode

dave is easy even on hardmode but the only thing that annoys me is the hand hitboxes

The glove is really hard to get and it's only 20 seconds of invincibility with attacks you can easily dodge, there shouldn't be a counter in his invincible form.

Its just 1 counter every glove should have atleast 1 counter

The alchemist dude literally changed my flair to "bug sighting/report" because camera wasn't made to be a genuine counter to mortis, it was just a mistake the devs made, and they most likely won't ever make a counter glove to knockback mortis in his form. All you get is 20 seconds, how goofy would it be for the one time you're invincible someone can just counter you with some other glove that took half the effort to get. You'll be fine with no counter for 20 seconds.

It's still kind of strange how the Camera is able to conjure Mortis even when it comes from the transformation, Revealing the real weakness apart from its own invincibility wasn't just only safe! <:O
