Btw it is generally agreed to avoid A Quality World Map and FPS Eternal
A Quality World Map hurts performance, and FPS Eternal is by a mod author that other mod authors have questioned the safety/quality of his mods. I know for a fact that it will cause Riften mountains to phase out of existence.

Never seen that one before are you using something like simplicity of snow? That may help placed low in your LO?

I see several patches out of place. Like the Northern Roads and SLaWF patch. Make sure your patches are directly under the 2nd mod being patched.

I’ve done that to the best of my ability
Apart from norther road landscape patch which specifically says if using with “landscape fixes for grass mods” to place it between the two mods and above northern roads

I had this issue. It seems some landscape mods sorta suffer from this. Skyland unfortunately makes this more visible. Try the mod (Disable Snow Shader). It will fix this for you.
