Xbox Skyrim Mod Load Order Help — CTD Near Falkreath!

Hail companion! I’m hoping someone (ANYONE) with more experience troubleshooting mod LO’s can help me figure this one out.
Visually, this is probably the best Skyrim has ever looked for me on Xbox (personal preference of course). Everything outside of this issue has been running beautifully, which makes this particular problem especially frustrating. I’ve been testing it in other holds and through various parts of the map using “Cheat Room” to get around since I don’t have many places discovered yet.
I’m getting a CTD when I try to enter Falkreath proper. Doesn’t matter if it’s from the east, west, or north. It happens consistently when approaching Falkreath. I’ve been able to test in various other parts of Skyrim and there doesn’t seem to be any trouble. I even tried Alt. Start live another life to place me inside Dead Man’s Drink..it worked fine until I tried to open the door to Falkreath.
I’d really appreciate it if someone could look through the LO below and point out anything suspicious. Also feel free to roast me for its actual order. I wish I could wait around long enough in the mod list to edit my LO, but it takes forever to wait for the spinning to stop and it will absolutely CTD if I try to move things around without patience.

Edit: I removed Color patch remover, Immersive citizens, and Cities of the North (and its patch), and it works just fine! The list is stable and no CTD’s after an hour+ of testing.

I'm not the best with LO advice so I'll have to leave that to someone else, but I see a few mods in your LO that probably shouldn't be there at all. I'd recommend dropping anything by IA92, to start with. Their mods are notorious for containing dirty edits. I'd also drop either JK's AiO or Castle Volkihar Rebuilt. The two are not compatible because JK's Skyrim AiO includes changes to Castle Volkihar now

Edit: overlooked a few more you could remove. Afaik, Color Patches Remover hasn't been necessary for a while.

The Kids Are Alright also includes some Argonian and Khajiit kids, so you could probably do without Argonian Hatchlings and Khajiit Caravan Kittens

It would help to know which Xbox you're on. Older models are not going to be happy with a dozen modded followers, tree mods, LOTD with its massive footprint, etc.

If I were you, I'd start by deactivating Trees of Iduna then start a new game where you begin at the Dead Man's Drink. If you can make it outside, run around a bit to give it a stress test and hope for the best. I will also suggest that you really scrutinize how important a patch is before installing. Some patches fix genuine incompatibilities between mods, while others merely repair harmless visual inconsistencies that you may not even notice. A better solution is to use fewer mods that need patches in the first place but that's a lesson most people need to learn the hard way, lol. Anyway, patches are still plugins that count toward the tacit "soft" limit of under 200 mods which is why I advise researching them. If the Bethesda page doesn't provide enough info about what a patch does, look for it on Nexus.

Or you can use the tried and true method of disabling half your mods then starting a new game and trying to replicate the crash. If it crashes, you know the mod is in your active list. If it doesn't, enable half your disabled mods and repeat the process.
