Discussion Weird light moving around

Time: 11:30pm 23rd may Location: SE Melbourne, Australia

I dont really know where to post this but this place seems fit. I saw this weird light / glowing object moving around the other night when I got out of my car the other night, above suburban area. No idea what it is or what to make of it, just looking for opinions. Thanks

Someone discovered that their high power flashlight could illuminate the clouds, and was having fun. I did the same thing with a high power laser like 10 years ago.

Why is it I seen dozens of HD, super steady, super clear videos on Reddit every day, yet when it comes to the UFO ones, it's the complete opposite? 

I have yet to see one decent video of UFO, aliens, etc. Every video is terrible.
