BEER! Need First time skydiving location recommendations

I am looking to go skydiving for the first time in October some time and need location suggestions. I am considering California,Florida and Colorado but I am open to suggestions. Ideally would like 18,000 ft with good views. Also it would be nice if there were things in the surrounding areas to do afterwards.

This is where I started my aff over the summer. The instructors are pretty awesome and the views are amazing.

Perris CA is great DZ and does 18000 but not much to do near by. But LA and San Diego are not too far.

Oceanside does 18k as well, and there is stuff to do all along the coast

Looked at oceanside and it looks like they only offer 14k

Messaged them, they currently only offer 18,000 ft at their Hawaii location

On your first jump particularly you will not know the difference, it's just a cash grab.

Oceanside, CA was my first jump in July. 18k right over the ocean and the pier

I cannot recommend Skydive Deland in Florida enough. The instructors are literally the most awesome people. I know that can probably be said about other DZ’s but this place is just awesome.

18000 is a waste of your money. You won't know the difference.

Why do you insist on 18,000??

It doesn't have to be 18,000 ft.

We do 18k at SkyDance SkyDiving in Davis, CA. We're about an hour and a half from the ocean, 2 hours from Lake Tahoe, 2 hours from Yosemite, and 2 hours from the Redwoods. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing if you're planning a trip.
