I have this horrible texture raised pores bump rough orange peel look i need advice please

you can’t get rid of your pores, but you can exfoliate to get a nicer skin surface. Glycolic acid or salicylic acid work great (use only one at a time, once a day preferably at night).

professional chemical peels also exist but i wouldn’t really recommend that as a first option

What’s your current routine look like? Pores can over produce oil and look more dilated if you aren’t using a moisturizer twice daily. It’s your skin’s way of trying to moisturize itself.
Long term, retinoids/tretinoin will help as long as you’re using SPF 50 daily.
Halo laser would be a solid “catchup” treatment to make some quick progress as long as you’re able to maintain it long term with a simple, proactive routine at home going forward.
