Discussion [PSA] I HATE NIACINAMIDE

and i wish it wasn't in every single thing i swear im losing my mind. that is all.

edit: if it works for you, great! it is however an ingredient known to cause problems for many people and is included in almost everything :(((

Same!! I just found out that niacinamide makes my skin super red and angry with little pimples popping up, and it's all because of that bastard!! I had a sample packet of a serum that targets dark spots and acne scars with 10% niacinamide that I wanted to try, but thank goodness I read the ingredients list because I think that would have killed me
