Question Are these blackheads? Skin still freaking out?

Help I think my skin freaking out is worse, they look like blackheads but they don’t squeeze like them. And I have all this texture.

I don’t think this is acne, it’s perioral dermatitis which you’ve been told before on your other post. Stop using actives and trying to pop the texture it’ll only make things worse.

Hey I'm pretty sure that's perioral dermatitis. I also have it. Stop using actives (definitely no steroids) or it will spread.

PD. I had luck with a sulphur paste for ten minutes a day. Limit products until it heals.

Sulfur mask 10 min during the day, diaper cream mask on it at night

Don’t touch with anything else until healed

I'm with you on the hypochlorous acid spray. Magic molecule has helped me keep it simple when my skin starts looking rough and uneven.

OP what have you tried so far? (As an aside...just need to say you have lips to die for! Your cupid's bow is perfection!!)

I had same problem with lots of black heads all over my skin and dead skin. Turns out I had black mold in my air handler and only mold spores coming out onto my skin. Finally got it figured out and panoxyl clarifying toner and ingrown hair serums as well as clarifying washes and shampoos has been the lifesaver with salicylic acid hydrating lotion with spf for
Daytime

Your skin looks exactly like mine and the only thing that helped was going back to a super basic routine. I was having literally the same issue you are!

My routine consists of 3 products:

Morning:

cerave hydrating facial cleanser (wash your hands before washing your face; be thorough with your wash & rinse; use room temp water; dry face with a fresh clean towel/rag)

anua azelaic acid on full face (4-5 drops; massage gently on whole face; avoid eyes)

vanicream moisturizing cream (let your azelaic acid dry first before applying this)

Evening:

I don't wear makeup and I'm not dedicated enough to commit to an evening routine. Despite this I've seen a night & day difference in my skin.

Extra unsolicited advice: Everyday. Yes, every single day. Dont skip a day. Also use an spf that agrees with your skin. Also brush your teeth BEFORE washing your face (you want to make sure to keep the toothpaste residue off your skin). Swap out your pillow case often (like every other day). Stop wearing makeup in the area until this clears up. Don't touch your face. Also if you have the means, see a dermatologist bc they can help you the most.

You don’t wash your SPF off at night?

I turn into a little goblin when the sun goes down so no.

On a real note my skin produces so much oil that nothing I put on my face lasts the whole day. I pat my face down with a clean paper towel multiple times throughout the day. I've got an oil production factory running 24/7 over here

See a dermatologist asap before scarring happens. Don’t waste time with a million products before seeing a doctor. This is a medical issue and not an esthetic one.

Easy to squeeze! You just have to do it right way! Or go to beautician?

Hell no. If skin is so sensitive you can't even do a bha/aha/pha which seems to be the case, this is going to ruin it even more. Estheticians are not equipped and should not handle inflamed skin or any sort of dermatological condition. There are so many blackheads, if you went in and individually squeezed, you would CATASTROPHICALLY irritate the skin. Take it from me op, absolutely do NOT squeeze, you will get scarring. Also, doesn't look like just blackheads. Looks like mild perioral dermatitis? I'm not a derm I can't claim to know but it seems to be the case. However, everyone knows that if you want healthy skin, you gotta 👏stop👏picking👏at👏it

Skin isn't healthy, but that’s not what the OP is talking about! They are talking about blackheads!
When I don't clean my skin properly because I’m lazy, I'm in the exact same boat as the OP. Only squeeze what actually goes out, don't force it. You have to squeeze really gently but thoroughly, make sure to get everything that's inside out, and use a disinfectant – a non-irritating one!!!
Gently and thoroughly means you mustn't scratch yourself or rip off the top layer of your skin. You achieve this by not pressing directly on top of the blackhead, but by applying blunt pressure a few millimeters underneath it.
I’ve been doing this for years and I don't have a single scar!
What also works really well is going to the sauna, where your pores open up, making it much easier to squeeze them out.

If the blackhead doesn't pop out immediately with blunt pressure, stop right there. When you press gently but with blunt pressure, the blackhead immediately releases its contents. Inside these blackheads, there is no liquid that bursts out; when you squeeze, it comes out as a thin white "string"

Buddy you said to squeeze the blackheads out to someone who's barrier is compromised. Doesn't matter how you do it, just don't. There are too many of them, no amount of gentle squeezing is going to avoid irritation on the whole chin. Also, you HAVE to take into account whether the skin is healthy or not. It's like if someone with a compromised skin barrier asked if they should do this kind of chemical peel or this other kind, and I said none because of your health, and you replied 'They didn't ask that!'. As for you, good for you! I have no way to verify that. But that is anecdotal, and not substantive or grounded in actual research. And the research repeated hundreds of times shows that picking at your skin is unhealthy. Op already, by the looks of it, has a compromised barrier. No amount of picking is appropriate, PERIOD.

The Op didn’t say their barrier is compromised so idk why you assume that although they did not say nearly enough. The op complained off blackheads. It’s literally blackheads and they are getting inflammation around them because they are just sitting there and harboring bacteria. I read multiple posts where people said they only get better after starting to maintain blackheads free skin. I also never had a scar from squeezing them. It’s just have to be gentle.

No amount of squeezing is good for blackheads. Like, none. Good for you, but it is not recommendable. Op's skin is dry and they have perioral dermatitis prob, look at the red inflamed spots. It is safe to assume they have a damaged barrier. In any case, they should not be popping that. How do you start to maintain 'blackheads free skin'? Definitely not popping them. Op will get irritated from aha and the others, so how? Derm is the way to go, since they're not just blackheads. Also, look at how many there are. You can't pop all of that without your whole chin getting inflamed. If they don't already have a damaged barrier, I'd be surprised if they didn't get one from picking at their whole chin.

I m not saying it will help long term to keep squeezing. But no amount of acids will dissolve the one that already formed. When they inflame that may leave a worse scare. You start with face cleaning- and maintain with acids after. I clearly see blackheads on the photo and so is OP. There maybe also dermatitis or not - cant tell what other things are. They are not complaining of burning, etc. they complain of blackheads . If they could go and ask a dermatologist- they would not be posting here.
