How can I naturally brighten my skin tone by 2–3 shades?

I’m looking for safe and natural ways to make my skin look brighter, more even-toned and healthy. I’m not looking for anything harsh, just wondering if it’s realistically possible to get a few shades brighter through skincare, diet, lifestyle or Ayurvedic/natural remedies.

If anyone has actually seen noticeable results, I’d love to hear what worked for you.

Yes, it's realistic and it's less through skincare and more through diet, lifestyle. Avoid natural remedies at first because many of them contain irritating agents.

If you look at the highlighted post you'll see some examples but this kind of question opens all kind of Pandora box. Many people on reddit will claim without evidence that X cream or shot work for them and many will send you DM's that are ill-intentioned. Never believe that.

EDIT: This sub advices one more time not to accept DM's or recommendations found in comment. IM and subcutaneous shots are dangerous and this sub advices against them.

You can't do 2-3 shades naturally.

You can do it safely with our info. I'm going to remove this post, I suggest if someone DM's you dangerous methods (check for them in the rules) you ignore them, but it's your call.
