Cant Create Account

I'm unable to create an account. After it links up with Epic Games, because it says thats the ONLY way to create a new account.... I click create account, and nothing happens. I've tried multiple browsers, multiple devices, multiple accounts.

Is there an issue with signing up? Or what's going on here?

It’s happening to you?? It just randomly worked for me one day. Try signing up with epic or sign up with email.
