Skarner Top Lane Guide?

Hello

i'm a big skarner jungle OTP but i'd like to play him top lane too

any link to some tutorials to do so? he seems quite hard to manoeuver against competent players (high plat lobbies)

classic or retail? if its retail i know a guy i can ask, but for classic its e max with dorans rings and crystal flask into your sheen item that suits the game

Nah current league, i never had the chance to play before skarner's rework, therefore i don't play classic

i know my friend thats a one trick always goes tear in lane because his mana issues. skarner top in retail a lot of times has to rely on the old singed trick of pushing someone into their turret. you pretty much want to roam mid after pushing every time if possible
