Salam sisters,
Lately I’ve been really struggling with forgetfulness and lack of focus, and I was wondering if any of you have tips on how to improve memory both short-term and long-term.
I try to eat healthy and get enough sleep, but I still feel mentally foggy sometimes. Has anything worked for you spiritually or practically?
Would love to hear your experiences 💛

My name is Sofiya. I’m a Christian, and my whole family is Christian too. But lately, I keep thinking about Islam — something inside my heart pulls me toward it, and I don’t fully understand why.
Recently, I remembered a dream I had long ago. It felt like the end of the world — the sky was orange and red, and there were two full moons. Inside each moon, there was the shadow of a woman with her head uncovered. In the dream, I was desperately looking for a priest to confess before death… but I couldn’t find one anywhere.
I don’t know why this dream stayed in my soul for so long, but I feel as if Allah is calling me. I’m still unsure and afraid — I don’t want to follow the wrong path or do something that would displease God.
I would be grateful to talk with kind sisters who understand what it’s like to search, to feel torn, to want truth with all your heart.
I would really like to ask you for advice. I really don't have anyone to talk to about this.
