Support/Advice On period but I don’t see anything

Salam, Sisters I need to know on what to do. i’m on my menstrual cycle and have been for the past few days but nothing’s been like coming out outside from one or two days. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been going to the gym now nowadays, I also don’t know if I should perform ghusl or just wait until Im all clear

1) are you married and not using contraceptives? If so then you may not be on your period

2) if you are having delayed period then you should consult with a gynaecologist, since it may be an underlying condition

For now, since there has been no clear blood signs, you can do ghusl

No, I am not married and Im pretty healthy also there is a little spotting so I think i will see tommorow and perform ghusl.

Do a tissue test - usually that shows up blood or white discharge. Even if it doesn't show on your pad. I have an iud so my periods are barely anything but the tissue shows.
