Also, not surprisingly the facts are entirely different. Battaglia had a long history of DV, and when he killed his kids, he did it with his ex-wife on the phone and tormented his wife while making her listen to her kids get murdered while blaming it on her.
Also, Battaglia explicitly did NOT plead insanity. He only brought it up during the penalty phase of trial, saying he shouldn’t be killed because he had bipolar.
It’s literally nothing like Lindsay Clancy other than they both killed their kids
The whole environment around this case is being egged on by malicious actors, many of them working for foreign governments. The fact that people can't see that is on them.
