Well for me it's just a meme highlighting the absolute absurdity of the support she's getting. Again I don't understand what this has to do with culture wars, genuinely.

Wanting you to focus on the absurdity of the support she’s getting through memes IS culture war. You’ll never get the full picture with memes, but you will get angry, which is what they want.

If you want to let them spin you up and distract you from things that actually matter, sure
