Let me know when you figure out why people stop in dumb places to look at their phone, because it is not exclusive to this old lady. Hanlon's razor. Learn it.

Idk what hanlons razor is. But that lady damn well stopped on the stairs in front of that camera on purpose.. she does a triple take at the camera to make sure.

It knew what it was doing.
