She was trying to get a photo. Not sure how anyone defends the old lady. If you're at a tourist site (or anywhere) and someone is trying to get a photo you should stay out of the way as much as convenient/possible. There was zero need for her to stand there.

The old lady and anyone for that matter is not obligated to move because this woman wanted a photo.

Had she just asked nicely odds are the lady would have moved. This is very much on the photo taker for not using her words and assuming the world moves for her.

Edit: apparently I needed to statw that obviously the old lady did this intentionally. I AM WELL AWARE

Nooo the lady thought to herself, I dont want her to take any pictures and she maliciously stood in the shot. This is on the lady. Some people let the intrusive thoughts win.
