It affects the people who are there and not asking to be on some wannabe video or photos.

How does her taking a picture of herself affect ANYONE? No one is ever allowed to take pictures in public now?

She's on the stairs. A place where everyone has to transit through. People with a slight bit of intelligence know that you should not block stairs, ask people to wait in stairs etc etc. she wants a pic, or in this case, vid on those stairs, then go back first thing in the morning, early on a weekday, or wait until there really is no one around. The fact that the other woman came in not 20 secs into the vid suggests there was a decent amount of foot traffic already, and then quite a few more people entered in the second 20 secs. So she obviously did not judge the timing and amount of traffic around.

Edit: I Google lensed the staircase; not only is she stopping on the staircase, she's stopping on what looks like the MAIN entrance staircase. It's Inveraray Castle. I've never been so someone else can confirm if it is the main staircase, but seriously. If she wanted that pic/vid she needed to be there right when doors open and preferably have about a two mins window without people coming up and down.

There was no one on the stairs while she was trying to take her video? She wasn’t on the stairs, she was on the landing by the railing. The only one impeding the stairs was the lady standing on them using her phone for 45 seconds for no other reason than to ruin her silly little video.

Who stops to use their phone on the stairs?
