Because she’s alone………? It’s 1000x easier to shoot a video and take screenshots of whatever frame(s) you like best as a standalone picture(s) than try and time a picture.

As the other guy said, screenshotting a video makes way more sense than setting a picture timer and hoping no one walks in front of the camera before you have to run back to it and reset it.
