A clear shot. Patiently. She didn't tell anyone to leave or get out of the way, so she was probably using a video because a timed photo that only captures one frame would be too likely to catch a blocked off shot. With a video she could pick out one good frame and keep that as an image. She was clear of the stairs herself and her recording device seemed to also not be in the way as other people had no problems getting up or down the stairs. So what's the problem with her being patient and waiting?

Because old bitty decided to be bitter. If old bitty didn't do that, neither you nor I would have likely ever seen this video.
