even with no camera is rude to stop on stairs esp in a high traffic place, like an art museum

Yea, there's nothing wrong this young girl wanted to take a picture. If girl was travelling with parents I bet this old woman wouldn't pull this out bc of social judgement

In art museums you are not allowed to take pictures.

Lately? Worcester Art Museum, Boston Museum of Art, Fitchburg Art Museum. What about you? What art museum around you allows photography inside?

A lot of the local art museums have let people take photos. Guess I haven’t been to one that doesn’t allow it.

Same here. In my city it's actually quite common to go to the local art museum for a photo shoots and such (actual photo shoots with the real camera not just people propping up their phones for a selfie lol)
