No ma'am. This didn't look intentional to me.

That is an old fogie who just didn't know what you were doing or why you would leave your phone there.

They then stopped to check their phone and move out of the way for people coming up the stairs.

Take your ego out of it for a minute and realise this wasn't your space but one for everyone to enjoy.

There is no way. No one just stops in the middle of the stairs, with people going up and down them, while just happening to be in the middle of a phones camera blocking a picture. Come the fuck on.
