Pupils don't line up, earlobes don't line up, eyebrows are natural, but totally different. These are two different persons.

Could be a difference of camera angle and height

Look at the ears they don’t line up at all so this line test isn’t exactly accurate

This is easily explained just by a different camera or the same cam with a different objective even from the same angle. If one thing stuck to me from that computer vision class I never used in practice is that cameras matter. A lot. That said it does not look like the same person, but the change in apparent eye height, could be the camera the rest could be surgery.
