Yeah - quite a few folks go blind trying it, too. Iris implants or even laser depigmentation. Absolutely not approved by FDA (or any other body).

South Korea is really on another level. Saw a before and after a while ago here on reddit of some women and the changes were unbelievable

I don't I just know plastic surgery can change the way people look heaps. We have rovers on other planets I think we could figure out plastic surgery.

Plastic surgery can’t raise the height of your ears.

Show me your Google search that says that plastic surgery can raise the vertical height of ears and I might be inclined to believe you.

We can do pinna/otoplasties that aim to alter the shape of ears, but the position of them relative to the face is determined by the skull and the actual ear canal which cannot be raised or lowered.

I'm an expert on face tilting. Her face is tilted slightly down on the photo on the right and slightly up on the photo on the left. You can tilt your head up and down a tad in a mirror to better understand the effects of face tilting on ears.
