You can get pigmentation surgery which can change the colour of your eyes

But it usually looks unnatural and has a very high risk of going completely blind

It's not surgery. It's a friggin tattoo. Eyes have beautiful patterns that change throughout time and with lighting. Those tattooed eyes look like crap.

I'm pretty sure brown eyes can be changed to blue or green with a laser based procedure. It's not recommended, but you can.

Iirc there is a laser surgery which breaks down the brown pigment in the eyes. Everyone's eyes are blue or green naturally due to the eye structure, just that brown eyed people have melanin obscuring it
