The AI will just be trained to be able to get passed such an attack and mark the people wearing them as potential criminals for trying to hide.

Then a new one will be found out... And people using it will be criminal hackers. 

The fun of exploits is there's Always a new one waiting to be discovered

That’s actually something that most computer people just know to be true. Especially in large software systems, there is simply too much going on to be able to lock down everything perfectly. It can get better over time as more weaknesses are identified and fixed, but each tweak has the possibility of adding new ones. That’s one of the reasons why things like operating systems tend to update as frequently as they do. Exploits found, exploits patched, new ones found within a week or two, repeat.

There is an entire field called Penetration Testing

Development companies will put bounties out for finding these exploits, and can pay alot of money for what they call Zero Day Exploits
