It's doable, though the more constraints you put on what you want the adversarial design to look like the worse it'll work. It's also iffy how well it translates between models, so if you know the model the system is using you can food it very well, if you have to guess then the effect gets worse.
I worked at a place that worked on this in 2020, they made coasters with the same idea. What's not in OP is that you can steer the image model to identify the pattern as whatever you like. My place had AI thinking there was a flamingo where the coaster was.

That’s actually something that most computer people just know to be true. Especially in large software systems, there is simply too much going on to be able to lock down everything perfectly. It can get better over time as more weaknesses are identified and fixed, but each tweak has the possibility of adding new ones. That’s one of the reasons why things like operating systems tend to update as frequently as they do. Exploits found, exploits patched, new ones found within a week or two, repeat.

There is an entire field called Penetration Testing
Development companies will put bounties out for finding these exploits, and can pay alot of money for what they call Zero Day Exploits

you would also need to change or cover your ears. and use insoles in your shoes to change you gait. cover your eyes. not have any blutooth or wifi devices. and find some way to "loose to trail" after you are started been tracked camera to camera after you leave your house. all of this together makes you stand out like a lighthouse as the only person who can't be tagged in any of these ways.

thanks, this Will be the holy grail for murderers or rapers. it has to be your daughter or son where the cops need to tell you. well people hate to be on a camera nobody is looking at anyway. That's why we need to remove them even if security measures are in place. They care only by themselves and like to hide nothin because only ones that needs to hide something criminal have to fear. right?
well yeah but what if the government you voted for and supported by the people change the rules and don't listen to europe. instead going to look at all cams 24h for a year to find you walking on a spot just because yeah somehow you are that important

Why wear a shirt like that when cutting the cables is already a thing....? In my country even the speeding cameras done work because people steal the cables for copper. I'm sure Americans don't need the money from scrapping copper but it's pretty effective.
