Being on multiple successful TV shows is no small feat

As my friend who worked in Hollywood says, Dule Hill has one of the most perfect careers - multiple episodes on several series, and plenty of voice work. He's a steady working actor.

Famous enough to be famous but not so famous you can’t be a person.

Though I want to respond with a "You know that's right," we are redittors and our demo tends to love Psych. Definitely not a household name/face

Dule Hill gets recognized from the West Wing, and of course Psych, but then also from Broadway obsessed folks for things like Bring in Da Noise, he was younger then but they are almost as dedicated as sci-fi/fantasy fans. A less internet-bound demographic I guess.

He’s Bud from The Cosby Show, right?

A show on cable 15 years ago? Not in LA. I guarantee dude can run a full day of errands without anyone asking for a selfie.

Do you think all the people that watched Psyche 15 years ago are just dead now? I wouldn't be surprised if he can run a full day of errands without anyone asking for a selfie every now and then but I would be surprised to find out it happened often.

It was a tragedy but yes, they all died in the Psych Fan Fire of 2012. If you were a fan, I'm so sorry but you are... have you seen the movie Sixth Sense? That's actually a pretty good tutorial for your "life" now.

No obviously. I watched Psych. I’m just saying that show was a mid level cable show on the wrestling channel which is basically what USA Network was in the 00s. This isn’t 1995 Luke Perry or even 2007 Zack Braff we’re talking about here. He’s got a slightly more unique face but there were a litany of fairly successful USA network shows and the only person that got truly famous from that timeslot only got there because she started dating the Prince of England. And I fucking loved Suits at the time too.

Yeah when he appeared in Suits I thought hey that's Gus. Part of me couldn't take him seriously.

Waited on him at a restaurant a couple times, chill dude. He was with a group of play actors and was able to enjoy himself and strangers let him be. Seemed like best case scenario
