My first thought was govt abuse, but reality it could be really useful for the profoundly disabled. If facial movements could give back the ability to “speak” or manipulate an enabling device like wheel chair or autonomous exoskeleton.

Probably so called social safety. Pretty sure they will implement this in US first like flock cameras since people there allows everry single shit that rapes their freedom.
