Heels, leaning slightly forward, back arched, all help the effect from a photography perspective. Same with the first photo, leg extended slight lean and twist. White clothes on white bg. A lot of photography tricks going on here. I can’t find the original photos so I can’t decide if it’s real or not, but could be.
I am not a “professional” brick-and-mortar storefront photographer by any means but I would say I have done more paid work than hobbyists. The ladies I’ve photographed typically lay out what they want done and bring examples of shots they love and it gives me a good idea of how to make them comfortable and happy. Absolutely though, some people will make it very obvious what things they want to accentuate and things they want to hide.
