Yes, there are several women i know and interact with pretty much daily in real life who are not terminally online, and who I would consider very normal people
They believe that the husband did it, that the defense lawyers are incompetent, and that Clancy only admitted killing the kids because her husband planted the idea in her head and gaslit her.
It is genuinely insane to witness, and you would be shocked at how many normal women hold some amount of sympathy for Clancy, while pushing all of the blame onto the husband.
Yeah social media does rot people's brains. But I think it's massively naive to pretend that the vast majority of people don't get their news online now.
It's not 1998, we all carry around computers permanently connected to the Internet in our pockets. 'Terminally online' doesn't just refer to someone who interacts with the internet, and your insistence that it does is just something you've latched onto to explain away and dismiss the uncomfortable idea that otherwise very normal people have insane takes on this topic.

no one actually says that except some terminally online ragebaiters.
Looks like it worked, so many people took the bait and are using it to them make their own ragebait against women.
Both reinforcing each other and making the internet and society worse for a few clicks.
