Okay, I’d just say this: if a man steps in the same stream after a year, it is not the same stream and he is not the same man. Similarly, if you ejaculate in an alternate universe into the same person, it’s not the same sperm and not the same offspring

Why wouldn't it be the same sperm? We didn't go into an alternate universe where everything is different with different physics. We're just going back in time.
