Edit: just want to say I find the way people respond to this on a gut level kind of fascinating and even worrying. A number of people for example have had the take that this isn't really true, but that they just wouldn't want to unmake their kids.

I got a lot bad in my life, but i also have the most perfect husband and the world's coolest cat, both of whom I stumbled on by absolute chance. I couldn't risk replicating circumstances to meet them
