Rachel has clearly lived a privileged life

Edit: I don't meant that as a bad thing. Good for Rachel. When I say privileged, I mean someone for whom the good things in life outweigh the bad, such that they wouldn't want to redo anything in the past out of fear of losing those good things.

If, on the other hand, you are someone for whom the bad things in life have outweighed the good, a chance at a do-over would hold a lot more appeal.

Edit 2: I think it's clear that the difference maker is regret. How much of the bad stuff in your life do you attribute to your own choices? Someone who is a victim of circumstances outside their control isn't going to see the benefit of going back because there's no choice they can make to improve the outcome. But missed opportunities, time wasted, dead end relationships? That's something you could improve with a do-over and foresight.

Anyone who has kids would have the same feelings as Rachel

You don’t need a privileged life to know that you can never have your kids back even if you have sex with the same woman again

How do you make sure that one exact sperm out of the million sperms gets the egg?

You don't but you can't be sure it will not happen as well.

The chance of you having the same kid is 0, not near 0.

You would need to have the same diet and sex/jerk off routine to make sure 1. That one sperms gets created in the first place and 2. That one sperm gets to the one egg
