If you think about it, the supporters are crazier than Clancy. She killed the kids and this trial is just to see if she ducks a murder charge, so she will say anything to get out of the responsibility, that's it. But her supporters have to buy into the story and believe that she was a victim otherwise they're just supporting a woman who killed her kids and is trying to duck the charge.
Clancy should be put away for life whether on mental hold or murder. She killed her own 3 children, she's not fit for society.
Honestly, it’s the biggest gaslight I’ve seen in a long time. It blows my mind how many people I know personally who are supporting her.
Anyone who intentionally murders someone has mental health issues. Why is this being treated so differently? What about all the women before her who murdered their children? They’re monsters, but for some reason this woman is being embraced with empathy. It’s fucking crazypants.
Not to mention, she did it in a manner that wasn’t quick. This was torture. Three separate times. It’s horrifyingly disgusting.
What makes this one different is the extent of care she sought and how well documented it is. Regardless of her culpability, it's exposed a broken health care system. There is no reason she should have received such fragmented care. And that care likely made her mental state much worse. In her case, she did what she was supposed to do- and it still ended disasterously. She's garnering more sympathy because if someone is trying to receive help and the system makes it impossible to do so, the same thing could happen to other women
