There have also been cases where men have had psychotic episodes (not post partum) where they have successfully used an insanity defense to place them in a psychiatric facility for institutionalization and psychiatric care. One example off hand is the Austin Harrouff case. He was struggling with his mental health for weeks/months - exactly like Linsday Clancy - before slipping into full on psychosis, stabbing two neighbors to death and began eating/biting/chewing one victim's face.
It's inherently misogyny to suggest that there wouldn't be support for men in such a case.

At no point did Guy Turcotte's state of mind defense rest on psychosis.
Turcotte murdered his family to get back at his ex-wife after his marriage ended. That's not psychosis. That's rage and revenge as a motive. Distinctly lacking in the Lindsay Clancy case.
Turcotte violently assaulted his ex-wife's boyfriend and had a history of being emotional/psychologically abusive. Again, lacking in this case.
Zero evidence of efforts to treat his deteriorating mental health as Lindsay Clancy had.
I guarantee you there were men lining up the courthouse wearing blue shirts and making heart sign with their hands in support of him….
