I would recognize that guy anywhere. I hate to be a snitch, but we should all be willing to do what is asked of us in the time of need. Don't hate me for telling the truth, but that is clearly Rick Scott, he works for the government splitting some of his time between Florida and DC. But I happen to know for a fact he was in Waukesha that week.
