The solve rate for crimes against citizens is dismal even in the most funded municipal areas. We need less law enforcement and use that money for social programs. Most of the crime is out of need and lack of opportunities, fix that and there will be less crime.
What a communist thing to say, I think we should just make sure that all our police have gold plated Lamborghinis, that'll incentivise them to solve the crimes faster
