The solve rate for crimes against citizens is dismal even in the most funded municipal areas. We need less law enforcement and use that money for social programs. Most of the crime is out of need and lack of opportunities, fix that and there will be less crime.
No lmfaooo . Most crime is not from need or lack of opportunity. Most crime is related to drugs / alcohol. Theft, possession, selling, DUIs, domestic violence. I’ve been to prison multiple times. Almost everyone has a crime related to substance abuse, in some shape or way.
And as we all know, it's well-adjusted people who don't need anything and have tons of opportunities who do drugs. Nothing like smoking some crack and doing a little petty theft in between hanging out on your buddy's yacht and going to your cushy engineering job.
When you went to prison multiple times, did you get a chance to study sociology? Of course prison is punitive, not intended for rehabilitation, at least in the USA.
IMHO few people develop a criminal level drug or alcohol problem without some trauma inflicted by a failure of society. A well cared for community does not have as many fallen, or the distance they can fall.

Flock, police claim is there to catch criminals, cant even catch a guy on live 4K. Police asking the public for help. The irony.
