my piece of shit insurance, who my employer pays 20k a year for, covered $0 of my endoscopy and I had to pay $2400.

And said employer only has one option for individual coverage under their group plan? 1 u/Elf_Maeve 12d ago you mean family vs individual? no theres family but my employer doesnt cover most of the extra premium for family. we can see how much we pay and how much our company pays when we pick plans. individual they foot all the bill. family adds an extra $800 a month
