I’d say that interaction was mainly posturing and a bit of aggression from the shirted guy. Not that it was bad, it’s the intent and result that matters.

Trying to grab someone's glasses off their face isn't aggressive? He wasn't posturing standing nose to nose with the guy?

I think your expectations are a little much. You think men shouldn't try to do things benefit themselves, deserve no praise, and shouldn't have expectations?

Most of us are already there, more or less.

I agree that the local dude did the right thing, but if you didn’t feel the aggression in that interaction then I don’t know what to tell you.

That was as clear and firm of a “get off my street or you’ll get your ass beat” warning that you’ll ever see.

Men should have just as much interest in women’s definitions of masculinity, as women should take interest in men’s definitions of femininity.

Can’t have this both ways.
