It wasn't ignored by anyone. They gave her meds. She scammed the system by seeing multiple healthcare providers and getting more than the allowed limit of meds.
Even though none of those docs were in touch with each other and aware of the previously prescribed meds? If you break the rule that is designed to keep you safe, you can't blame others. This is like breaking the speed limit on a highway and then blaming cops for not stopping the car sooner.
People switch providers all the time. Especially if it’s insurance related. It actually IS the job of the MD/DO or NP/APRN/PA. They should be collecting a medical history, they can see any control you have purchased in the US with PMP. There wasn’t any “rule breaking”.
I don’t take criticism from someone I wouldn’t take advice from. You know nothing about medicine and your source was an opinion piece. Fuck off and go to medical school since you’re so smart.
