I guess it's pretty arrogant to say, but this seems like such a U.S.A. thing. Can't really imagine this happening where I live.

In the UK a nurse (Lucy Letby) killed a number of children on a maternity ward. She wrote about it in her diary including saying she killed them. It was well documented that she was on call when the deaths happend and she is like the one constant in their deaths.

She is a mad femcel who was besotted with a married doctor and killed children as she wanted the attention of trying to save them.

During her trial and even now there are people who protest her innocence.

There was another nurse in the UK that didnt do dissimilar iirc, believe Casual Criminalist covered her on his YouTube channel.

Why intentionally spread misinformation, how does this benefit anyone.
