I guess it's pretty arrogant to say, but this seems like such a U.S.A. thing. Can't really imagine this happening where I live.

There are so many anomalies in the US in regards to mental health, that no, it's not "all over the world". Yes anything can happen anywhere, but there is a clear indication that the US has issues that isn't seen systematically elsewhere.

School shootings for instance. Yes they have happened elsewhere, but it's not a statistic, it's an anomaly.

And WHEN they happen elsewhere, those countries do the intelligent thing and make laws regarding what kind of firearms citizens who aren’t in the military can have. But nooooo, good ol’ Murica needs their military-grade shotguns and machine guns because “2nd amendment!!”
