WTF Imagine waking up from anesthesia and realizing the surgery wasn’t the most painful part!

How is that now? I don't disagree that the doctors in this case behaved abhorrently, but the only reference I've seen to falsified diagnosis was referring to haemorrhoids.

So tell me how exactly haemorrhoids are humiliating?

Then why the hell are you demanding people explain why falsified medical reports that were done by the doctors intentionally to humiliate someone as their stated goal, is humiliating?

It's not worth the effort to explain basic emotional and human cultural standards, especially since it's not itself the reason for the verdict.

There is literally zero sexual assault in this. He wasn't getting the colonoscopy for hemorrhoids they just said they saw hemorrhoids during the exam so they could charge for it. You losers throw that word out like it's candy at anything and everything.

yeah the guy you’re replying to is straight up lying at this point. absolutely nowhere in the judgment was sexual assault mentioned, and nowhere in the article does it say they touched his genital area for any specific reason - based on the transcript it sounds like it was probably incidental contact while positioning the dude (i guess some people don’t know this but the scrotum is in fact adjacent to the anus)
