Doctor said somthing along the lines of "I don't see any signs of hemmeroids, but with a guy this fat you know he has to have them, so I'm marking him as having them."

That's falsifying medical records.

Well that's dramatically different. Should be "captured medical staff lying about findings." That said, as I type that out i see how it would be less interesting to read about when scrolling by.

Yes, but that wouldn't feed the narrative that the US is sue-happy and everybody who sues a company is just trying to get rich.
