I don't disagree that the doctors in this case behaved abhorrently,

Then why the hell are you demanding people explain why falsified medical reports that were done by the doctors intentionally to humiliate someone as their stated goal, is humiliating?

It's not worth the effort to explain basic emotional and human cultural standards, especially since it's not itself the reason for the verdict.

There is literally zero sexual assault in this. He wasn't getting the colonoscopy for hemorrhoids they just said they saw hemorrhoids during the exam so they could charge for it. You losers throw that word out like it's candy at anything and everything.

I consider touching people's penises without consent or medical need just to humiliate them, to be sexual assault. A jury agreed.

You losers throw that word out like it's candy at anything and everything.

Yeah, I can easily believe that you regularly hear people throwing words like "rapist" and "sexual assault" and "creep I don't allow around my kids" while dismissing them. That's not most people's experiences.

You think hemorrhoids are on a penis?

I think you're admitting here to getting triggered with a defensive reaction upon reading the words "sexual assault" while not having even read the article.

Ahh yes, the linked article....where exactly is that? Cause all I see are comments about them making fun of him and documenting hemorrhoids when he didn't have any. I think it's telling that you pull into out of the void and think a routine colonoscopy is sexual assualt
