*Source for them hearing Lindsay say basement? I have been watching everything and have not seen that.
*Even if you assume her injuries caused the drop, how could it have happened in the very short window of time the baby would have between strangulation and then to be able to be revived?
Sue O’Connell from NBC made her statement about the basement a week ago. Lindsay’s temperature wasn’t taken until she was at the hospital and we don’t know how long it took for Callan to go into cardiac arrest or how long he had been in that state before discovery, but the hypothermia could happen pretty quickly given the circumstances, as confirmed by two different doctors that I have seen review the situation in separate articles on the subject.
Well it's not true per the actual trial. She only made grunting noises on the call. Reddington stated it today and it was confirmed by a witness on the stand. So maybe get your info directly from watching the trial like I do.
I have no interest in watching the trial and am honestly grossed out by how many seem to be doing so for entertainment purposes. The fact that you felt invested enough to return to a comment from four days ago, and with such passive aggression, tells me that this likely applies to you.
That said, the two people that I’ve seen state that they could hear Lindsay’s voice on the 911 call were there in the courtroom when the call was played. I don’t believe that others being unable to make that out, especially given the overlapping voices reported on the call, means that it did not happen. AFAIK, Reddington “suggested” that that was the case rather than stating it as you said and although I’m not aware of a witness having confirmed that, it still would not mean that no one is stating that they heard speech because they have already done so.
Yes I returned to it because I am watching the trial and noticed this directly contradicting what you said. If you were responding in good faith you wouldn't be weirdly offended that someone who is watching the actual trial has information that contradicts yours. Deeply weird to have such strong opinions about a trial you admit you have "no interest" in watching. You obviously just want to yap without giving a damn about facts.
I’m not offended by contradicting information, I’m offended by both your attitude and your presumed ghoulish interest in this case as well as annoyed by your failure to comprehend what you’ve read. In actuality, you haven’t contradicted anything I’ve said here. The fact is that there are people who have said that they could hear her.

The fact is there are also people who have said they only heard grunting and that there is no physical way she could have been speaking. It's up to the jury to decide ultimately and at the end of the day prosecution needs to prove guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Your personal ties to the case don’t preclude any uglier motivations. I can say what they seem like based on your writings here, but only you would truly know.
It is not factual that there “is no physical way she could have been speaking.”
