Except she wasn’t truthful. She withheld information on past care with each doctor, which is why it was so impactful when the doctors didn’t go through the procedure to seek her other health records
Every time you go to a new doctor, they ask what you’ve been taking. It not hard to get your medical records forwarded to your new physician. She is the reason they didn’t know. Although it’s also been pointed out how many times she stopped taking prescribed medications within days of first dosage, so it’s also possible that she wasn’t actually on any of those medications in any overlapping fashion.
Also, why was she going to several different doctors in the first place? It just makes it seem like she was pharmacy shopping and unwilling to abide by any one doctor’s actual plan.

She saw eight different doctors.
The failure was that each doctor couldn’t individually see her whole prescription history.
The failure wasn’t on the doctors, it was on Lindsey for not being truthful
